Originally from Italy, we build Suiteable with the goal of becoming the best holiday home provider in Dubai. We started out small, in the middle of the 2020 global pandemic when the travel industry hit an all-time low. To our surprise, we found the market ready for our services.

This is how it all began…

Flavio and Pietro decided to try out short-term rental services mid-2020. Despite the global lockdowns and travel restrictions, we found that our unique blend of skills and experience appealed to travelers. After just a few short months, the results exceeded our expectations.

That’s when we were inspired to combine our expertise in real estate with our talent for interior design to embark on a new, exciting journey as the best holiday home provider in Dubai. As a team, we have over a decade of cumulative experience in the real estate leasing industry, as well as the hospitality sector. This gives us an edge on providing customer-centric service that anticipates our customer’s needs and always puts them first.
